Staying Vigilant
Master Sgt. Mike Stone, 161 Air Refueling Wing Communications Flight, makes the final connections on a mobile communications site in support of Vigilant Guard on Nov. 3, 2011 in Phoenix. Vigilant Guard is an exercise involving the nation's first responders, whose mission was to respond to a simulated flood and improvised nuclear device detonation during the exercise here, Nov. 2-7, 2011. Members from the 161 ARW, along with National Guard units from California, Colorado, and Arizona, along with local, state and federal emergency responders participated in the exercise.
