New Command Chief of the 161st Air Refueling Wing
Chief Master Sgt. Martha Garcia is the newly appointed Command Chief Master Sgt. for the 161st Air Refueling Wing, Phoenix, June 7, 2014. With more than 25 years of military service, Chief Garcia is the first female Command Chief for the 161 ARW. “I am both honored and excited to serve as your wing Command Chief Master Sgt.
