Suicide Prevention Month
Ready Airman is a resiliency, risk and safety resource for Air National Guard members and their families in all 50 states, three territories and the District of Columbia. Its goal is to reach out and engage ANG families, who are often geographically separated from the base community. Ready Airman helps sustain a virtual community to equip Air National Guard members and their families with additional tools they need to connect with each other and better balance military and civilian life. Ready Airman promotes social, spiritual, mental and physical fitness to Guard members and their families, following the Air Force’s Comprehensive Airman Fitness model.
