Arizona Airmen build, renovate Georgian orphanages
Tech. Sgt. Stefan Toth, 161st Civil Engineer Squadron utilities craftsman, Staff Sgt. John Beckett, 161 CES pavement craftsman, Staff Sgt. Joseph Delay, 161 CES pavement journeyman and a local craftsman, holds a concrete form while it is securely placed in preparation for a concrete building header to be poured in Tsilkani, Georgia, July, 24, 2017. Airmen from the 161st Air Refueling Wing spent two weeks in Galavani and Tsilkani, Georgia, remodeling and rebuilding two orphanages as part of a Humanitarian and Civic Assist mission.
